Fight Sin (Romans 7:7-13)

Maybe somebody told you Jesus is all about puppies and cotton candy and sunshine – that his only purpose is to make you the winner of an easy and comfortable life. It’s not true.

Romans 7 gets deadly serious about the real depths of sin and grace. Sin is our enemy. It deceives us, says God is not enough, promises something better in his place, and kills us as a result. And so we must fight against it.
