The 3 Best Books I Read Last Year
At this time last year I set a goal to read 50 books in 2011. I didn’t meet my goal, which I’m okay with, but I did still read a lot of books. Some were not worth the paper they’re printed on, some had a few tasty morsels but not enough to deserve a book-length treatment, many were good, a few were great. My 3 favorites are all books I think any Christian would benefit from reading, so maybe you’ll want to put one or two in your Amazon basket.

The 2010 Rooted Chili Cook Off
On November 7th, seven Rooted City Groups went head to head in a fierce battle for the coveted Golden Ladle and the title of “World’s Greatest Chili.” They came in droves to taste recipes handed down through generations, and we’re happy to announce the winners in three categories.
